The prices mentioned above include registration fee, printed materials, 4 breakfast (16-17-18-19 March), 4 lunch (16-17-18-19 March), 3 dinner (15-16 -17 March), 7 coffe break (16-17-18-19 March), welcome reception (15 March), gala dinner (18 March) and 4 night accommodation between 15-19 March. The rates are in Euro (€) and %8 VAT is EXCLUDED.

Deadline for Course Application: March 7, 2013

• To register for the course, please forward the completed form to organization secretariat.
• Your registration with accommodation will be confirmed once organization secretariat has received  your form together with your credit card information or bank receipt. You will then receive written  confirmation letter.
• Kindly note that no registration without accommodation is accepted according to the corse policy.
• No accompanying person is allowed during course.
• If any change occurs at VAT amount, it will be reflected and revised.

• Please note that all transfer charges, bank collection fees and financial charges are at the responsibility of the participant.
• Refund for cancellations of registration will be made subject to the following deadline and administration charge:

• All cancellations must be made in writing to the organization secretariat and the refund will be made after the course. Please note that the name changes are permitted on the basis that written notice is given prior to the start of the course.
• All changes and cancellations can only be made in writing.
• Cancellations must be made through organization secretariat.
