Kindly note that no registration without accommodation is accepted according to the course policy.
No accompanying person is allowed during course.
If any change occurs at VAT amount, it will be reflected and revised.
Changes and Cancellation
Please note that all transfer charges, bank collection fees and financial charges are at the responsibility of the participant.
Refund for cancellations of registration will be made subject to the following deadline and administration charge:

All cancellations must be made in writing to the organization secretariat and the refund will be made after the course. Please note that the name changes are permitted on the basis that written notice is given prior to the start of the course.

Access and Transportation
Antalya Airport is located 35 km away from the meeting venue. Please kindly note that one way airport transfer fee is 30,-Euro.
Round trip transfer from airport to Papillon Zeugma Hotel and from Papillon Zeugma Hotel to airport is 60-Euro. The price mentioned ara exclusive of %18 VAT (70.8-Euro , including %18 VAT).
The prices mentioned are
for the shuttle tranfers which will be done on the 14th of March during arrivals and for departures that will be held on the 18th of March.
